This should make it easier to find a template, and understand all of their properties. This makes all the Characters, Enemies, Items and Templates finished for now. This template defines the list of all news messages, and when called on a page, offers to display only the latest, or all messages.

Guide: The news messages should be kept in the order from latest to oldest, and the "latest news" section should only contain the latest most important single news message, not necessarily the latest by date.
