Mr. Paul

Mr. Paul is a sailor grobo living in the harbour of Citadel Island. He is responsible for operating the ferries sailing from Citadel Island to Desert Island, as well as conducting passengers' tickets upon boarding.
During the storm in the beginning of Little Big Adventure 2, Paul takes cover in his house. When Twinsen comes to his house, he hears from him that all maritime service is ceased until the end of the storm. Later, when the storm is over, Mr. Paul conducts Twinsen's ferry ticket, and sails the ferry taking him from Citadel to Desert Island and back. While Twinsen is on Desert Island, Mr. Pauls awaits near the ferry in Port Ludo.
