Description
Mr. Paul is a sailor grobo living in the harbour of Citadel Island. He is responsible for the ferry and its passengers.
Role in Twinsen's adventure
When Twinsen needed to go from Citadel to Desert Island, Paul steered it. He also checked if Twinsen had a ticket or not.
