I have proudly enabled and figured out the ParserFunctions extension and WikiEditor extension, and I just added the Variables extension.

Quote new design
I've also redesigned the quote template. It's based off a new design tryout by Morshem and benefits from small aspects of the actual speach baloons in-game.
